Project Manager, Construction (Contractor)

Design Build Search are working with a tier 1 Irish contractor who have openings for Project Manager(s). Our client is involved in a mix of commercial, industrial and data centre projects. The successful applicants must have previous main contractor experience and previous experience managing projects from concept to completion.Withing this position you will have Overall responsibility for the coordination and management of the project, on time, on budget and to the agreed specification and quality.

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, construction management or related field

15 years construction experience

previous experience managing a complete project cycle

Previous experience on projects valued in excess of €30m

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising the project team in their delivery of all SHEQ requirements
• Client Facing
• Ongoing liaison with the Design team
• Ensuring all technical requirements of the project are delivered
• Overall responsibility for managing subcontractors
• Ensuring all subcontract coordination is carried out to meet project requirements.
• Overall responsibility for Project Delivery on site
