It’s mission is to add value by delivering quality services & solutions on time all the time by transforming processes & technology into business advantages.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex construction and facility modification projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will own the full project lifecycle — from design management and RFP development through construction execution, commissioning, and final closeout.You will serve as the primary point of accountability for schedule, cost, quality, and compliance, while leading weekly meetings with construction teams, stakeholders, and quality groups. This role demands strong cross-functional leadership, financial discipline, and deep familiarity with capital project execution in GMP-regulated facilities.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign Management: Lead and coordinate the design phase of construction and facility modification projects, ensuring technical deliverables meet facility requirements and regulatory standards.RFP Development: Develop and manage Construction and C&Q RFPs, evaluating vendor proposals and supporting selection processes in alignment with project objectives.Construction Implementation: Manage the full execution of construction activities, overseeing contractors, ensuring quality of work, and maintaining strict adherence to project scope and specifications.Stakeholder Meetings: Lead weekly progress meetings with construction teams and senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on schedule, cost, risks, and action items.RFI, Submittal & Change Order Management: Manage and maintain RFI, submittal, and change order logs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.Change Control Process: Oversee and manage the formal change control process, ensuring all modifications are properly evaluated, approved, and documented per regulatory requirements.Cash Flow Management: Develop and continuously update project cash flow forecasts, ensuring financial visibility for project leadership and procurement teams.Integrated Project Schedule: Develop, maintain, and update the integrated project schedule, monitoring critical path and proactively managing schedule risks.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSRequiredBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing construction, facility modifications, or capital projects in regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or complex industrial facilities).Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle, including Design Management, Construction, and Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) phases.Strong background in RFP development for Construction and C&Q, with proven experience managing RFI processes, submittals, and change order logs.Proficiency in developing, tracking, and updating integrated project schedules and managing project financials (cash flow development and forecasting).Direct experience navigating formal Change Control processes in regulated pharmaceutical environments.Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).PreferredPMP certification or equivalent project management credential.Experience with capital appropriation request (CAR) processes in pharmaceutical or biotech settings.Familiarity with cGMP, GEP, and FDA regulatory requirements applicable to facility construction and modifications.Experience using Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera P6 for schedule management.SKILLSTechnical SkillsFull project lifecycle management — design through construction closeoutRFP development for Construction and C&Q activitiesRFI, submittal, and change order log managementIntegrated project schedule development and maintenanceCash flow development and financial forecastingChange Control process management in regulated environmentscGMP and GEP compliance for pharmaceutical facility projectsMicrosoft Office 365 — Project, Excel, Word, Teams; Smartsheet or Primavera P6Soft SkillsStrong leadership and ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teamsClear and structured communication with technical and executive stakeholdersProactive risk identification and escalationFinancial discipline and cost ownership mindsetHighly organized with strong attention to detail in documentationCalm and decisive under pressure in fast-paced project environments
