Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead system integration and digital transformation initiatives under the Enterprise Technology division.This is a hybrid role combining Project Management, Product Ownership, and Business Analysis, where the individual is expected to drive not only delivery execution, but also shape solutions that deliver real business value.The role spans the full lifecycle — from discovery and MVP delivery to long-term solution ownership, portfolio growth, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, operates with strong ownership, and is capable of bridging business, design, and technology to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Delivery OwnershipOwn and drive full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and post-go-live supportManage scope, timeline, resources, risks, and dependenciesEnsure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholdersTake accountability for delivery outcomes, not just activities

• Product Ownership & Value DeliveryDefine and prioritize product backlog aligned with business goalsEnsure solutions deliver measurable business value and operational impactBalance business needs, user experience, and technical feasibilityContinuously evaluate whether delivered features solve the right problems
• Business Analysis & DiscoveryLead requirement gathering through stakeholder engagement and on-site discoveryConduct process mapping and workflow analysisIdentify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital transformationDefine MVP scope with clear prioritization and trade-offs
• Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with Product Designers to define user journeys and system workflowsCollaborate with Solution Architects to ensure scalable and feasible designsAlign business stakeholders, designers, and developers toward common goalsDrive decision-making in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• MVP Delivery & Iterative ExecutionLead MVP delivery using Agile and iterative approachesDrive rapid prototyping, testing, and stakeholder validationFacilitate demos, feedback loops, and continuous refinementEnsure solutions are practical and usable in real operations
• Quality, Risk & Delivery AssuranceOversee UAT planning and executionEnsure delivery meets quality, performance, and business expectationsProactively identify risks and resolve issues before escalationMaintain delivery predictability and stakeholder confidence

Requirements & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Business AnalysisProven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to break down business problems into structured solutionsExperience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments

CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantageCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred

Nice to HaveExperience in manufacturing, IoT, ERP, or operations-driven environmentsExposure to low-code platforms (e.g. OutSystems)Experience working with offshore or distributed teamsPMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certifications
