We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in automation driven initiatives to lead high impact, cross functional programs. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong governance, delivery discipline, and technical fluency, combined with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across complex organizational boundaries.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, proactively manage risk, budget, and dependencies, and be vocal and decisive in enforcing delivery commitments. This role operates at both a strategic and executional level, ensuring automation programs deliver measurable business outcomes on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery Leadershipo Provide end to end ownership of automation projects and programs, from business case and planning through execution, launch, and benefits realization.o Lead multiple interdependent workstreams using structured PMP aligned project management practices.o Act as a delivery leader who sets clear expectations, drives momentum, and ensures execution excellence across teams.Stakeholder & Governance Managemento Serve as the primary program lead and escalation point for senior internal stakeholders and external partners.o Establish and run effective governance forums (steering committees, risk reviews, program syncs).o Influence without authority and manage competing priorities across business, technology, and vendor teams.Risk, Financial & Scope Managemento Own program level risk management, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation of risks and issues.o Manage project and program budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, variance management, and financial reporting.o Enforce effective change control, scope management, and prioritization to protect delivery and financial outcomes.Communication & Execution Disciplineo Be assertive and vocal in driving delivery commitments, timelines, and accountability.o Deliver clear, concise, and structured executive level communications, including progress, risks, financial status, and decisions required.o Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, and delivery discipline across all initiatives. Required Experience & Qualifications• 8+ years of experience in project and/or program management, preferably in automation, technology, engineering, or complex enterprise environments.• Strong technical understanding of automation, systems integration, or digital transformation initiatives (hands on development not required).• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi stakeholder programs with both internal and external partners.• Demonstrated strength in risk management, financial management, and governance.• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influencing skills.• Strong sense of leadership, accountability, and ownership.• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification
