Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of innovative, market-leading products and critical business applications. Reporting directly to the CTO, this is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. Location: Goa, India Salary: ₹15 LPA Experience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities: Project & Delivery Management Plan, schedule, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality Understand client requirements and ensure contractual obligations are met Lead requirements gathering, estimation, and delivery planning Manage project risks, mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication Ensure adherence to SLAs and agile best practices Track and report key agile metrics to stakeholders and leadership Team & Process Leadership Coach and mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and drive collaboration Manage projects using tools like Jira, TFS, or VSTS Maintain documentation and contribute to the organizational knowledge base Identify and recommend process improvements Organizational Contribution Support team skill development through workshops and knowledge sharing Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Project Management Strong experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, TFS, VSTS, MS Project, Visio) Excellent time management, budgeting, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes Professional Skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to adapt quickly and work independently A true team player with a positive attitude #ProjectManager #Hiring #GoaJobs #Agile #Scrum #Leadership #TechJobs
