Project Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to manage complex infrastructure, hardware, networking, cloud, and security projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple IT Systems Integration projects across various industries, ensuring successful delivery within budgeted resources and time. We are looking for candidates who has:Project Management ExperienceExtensive experience in implementing large complex infrastructure, hardware, networking, cloud, security projects as Project Manager in SI/Vendor/Product Principal environments (main experience)Project Management experience in projects such as SaaS business applications, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), ETL, analytics and custom development as secondary project management experienceAbility to project manage multiple IT Systems cut across multi-industry clientsSound decision making, continuous improvement mindset and calm leadership of project team under the pressures of resource, budget and time constraintsWork closely with technical leads, engineers, partners to manage project deliveryProject Management Best PracticeConfidence and strength in articulating and leading members to follow project management methodologies Waterfall / SCRUM / AgileStrong and consistent in using PMO Project Management Best practices, tools and techniques for client projectsEfficient in management of time, scope, cost, quality issues, risks, change requests and internal/external/client escalationsProven ability to manage project budgets effectively and experienced in project financial reportingProject Management Pre-Sales Engagement Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stageTender response, SOW, project planning, project roadmaps, project effort estimation, project organization chartExcellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive “C” level clientsThe ideal candidate will project a professional image, demonstrating excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiriesDemeanour: Maintain a polished appearance and exhibit confidence during client interactionsCommunication: Clearly convey information, build rapport, and foster positive relationships with clientsProblem-Solving: Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science / computer engineering or a technology equivalentCompulsory: PMI PMP Project Management Professional, CSM Certified Scrum Master / Agile certifications. ITIL Foundation Certification.Good to have: PMP Program Management Professional Certifications, MSP Managing Successful ProgramsAt least 8+ years of project management experience with majority of years in Infrastructure/Hardware/Networking & Monitoring/Cloud/Security Systems projectsMajority of Project Management experience from SI/Consultancy/Technology Product Vendor environmentsProject Management Experience in one or more of these Infrastructure/Cloud areas:Cloud ecosystems / IaaS Project ManagementAWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, RedHat, Snowflake, On Premise to Cloud MigrationOn-Premises technology Project ManagementData centres, virtualization, hyper-converge - Nutanix, VMwareInfrastructure Project ManagementWindows, Linux, storage, networking, firewall, routers, WI-FI desktops/laptops/devices, servers, backup, system management solutions, observability, security, tech refresh projectsCISCO, Checkpoint, Paolo Alto network, Dell, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Huawei, IBM, Lenovo, Veeam Backup, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, CyberArk, Aquasec, Terraform, Ansible, KONG, ROSA
