Project Manager

Job Description:Plan, execute, and monitor digitalization projects for public services and infrastructure systems in Singapore.Collaborate with various stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure that the project aligns with government objectives.Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are achievedIdentify potential risks & issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies, including overall progress management, risk response, & quality controlPrepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress to stakeholders and management and if applicable, performance/ fault analysis reports when required by the customerContribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyDrive project advancement through the use of Agile/Waterfall development methodologiesEnsure compliance with policies, laws, and security guidelinesInclude oversight of cybersecurity protocols and data governance to address infrastructure security needsVendor/contract management to handle third-party collaborations common in public projectsSpecify change management to drive user adoption of new systems (e.g. training, workshops)

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least seven (7) years of working experience, out of which a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in the development and implementation of turnkey projects.A proven track record of having successfully provided implementation for at least two (2) IT related Solutions integration projects within the last five (5) years.Advanced project management skills (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Understanding of IT systems, cloud computing, and data analyticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersExperience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood negotiation skills and cultural awareness for diverse stakeholder engagement
