About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from inception through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results while building strong client relationships.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, timelines are met, and clients receive exceptional service throughout the entire process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all phases are completed successfully
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Conduct due diligence, cost estimates, and feasibility assessments
- Lead meetings and conference calls with clients, utility providers, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Review drawings, submittals, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Manage scope and initiate change orders when necessary
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and utility contacts
- Supervise and support Assistant Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators
What Were Looking For
Experience:
- Minimum 23 years of experience as an Project Manager or similar role
- Industry knowledge or similar preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on repeat business
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam
Work Environment & Expectations
- Office-based role with occasional travel to project sites and meetings (Remote work not offered)
- Standard schedule: MondayThursday (7:00 AM 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM 12:00 PM)
- Occasional availability outside regular hours may be required during critical project phases
- Strong commitment to responsiveness, professionalism, and client service
