Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects end-to-end. You’ll own delivery from concept through to operations, ensuring projects are on time, on scope, and on budget while meeting all contractual, security, regulatory, and quality requirements. You will be the central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, consultants, OEM partners, vendors, and subcontractors - aligning stakeholders, managing resources, and proactively mitigating risks to deliver successful outcomes.
What You’ll DoOwn project delivery: Lead full lifecycle execution of engineering projects from initiation, design, and procurement through to construction, testing, commissioning, handover, and O&M phasesPlan & govern: Build detailed project plans covering objectives, scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget. Track performance against milestones and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligationsManage budget & risk: Control project costs, forecast spend, and keep delivery within approved budgets. Identify risks early and drive mitigation plansLead stakeholders: Collaborate with customers, consultants, OEMs, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors across all stages.
Maintain clear communication and alignment throughoutEnsure quality & compliance: Uphold professional standards across all documentation and deliverables. Ensure adherence to security protocols, local authority requirements, and quality standardsDrive operations: Provide oversight during In-Service and Operations & Maintenance phases to ensure smooth transition and sustained performanceWhat You BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalentExperience: Proven track record delivering engineering projects from initiation to completionClearance: Ability to obtain CAT1 security clearance is mandatoryDomain Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore Authorities’ procedures, submission processes, and regulatory landscapeProject Mastery: Strong grasp of all project management disciplines. PMP and/or AGILE certification is a plusCollaboration: Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and client stakeholdersExecution Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.
Comfortable driving tasks independently and managing multiple workstreamsCommunication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teamsTools: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
