The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and organizational objectives. This role combines project management discipline with service delivery oversight, focusing on maintaining service quality, managing operational performance, and driving continuous improvement. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination between technical teams, business users, and external partners while ensuring services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and within agreed timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end service delivery and project execution across multiple workstreamsAct as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teamsEnsure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligationsPlan, track, and manage project scope, schedule, and budgetMonitor service performance and proactively address issues or risksLead incident, problem, and change management coordination where requiredDrive continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimizationPrepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and service reviewsCoordinate cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and vendorsManage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issuesSupport transition from project delivery to steady-state operationsEnsure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldFive years of experience in IT service delivery and/or project managementStrong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologiesProven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levelsStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsExperience with service delivery tools and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL are preferred
