Coordinating with various teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.At least 6 years of progressive in project management in hospitality renovationUsed to work with deadline and multitasking work streamsProficiency in blueprints and software related- blue beam, cad. Microsoft officeDiligent adherence to deadlines and financial parametersExceptional written and verbal communication aptitudeSkilled in delivering compelling presentationsBilingual (English/Spanish) Physical RequirementsLong hours sometimes required.Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
