• Track the availability of resources and keep record of resource management;
• Guide team members in their work, provide training if necessary;
• Use project insights they collect at work to improve performance and facilitate work;
• Prioritize tasks and distribute them to reach goals efficiently;
• Develop and implement risk analysis strategies;
• Identify weaknesses and gaps in their focus functions and elaborate on solutions;
• Delegate work responsibilities and master work schedule;
• Help choose, hire, and onboard professionals in their focus teams, and more.
• Create management, communication plans and processes.
• Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
• Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
• Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
