Operations Manager
Location: Delhi
Studio-based | New Delhi
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining the studio’s internal processes, project execution, vendor coordination, and product operations.
This is a critical role that ensures ideas move efficiently from concept → production → delivery across both projects and products.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations
- Build and maintain systems, processes, and workflows
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and management teams
- Track timelines, deliverables, and internal deadlines
Project Management (Interiors & Design Projects)
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and execution
- Coordinate between design team, vendors, contractors, and clients
- Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time
- Maintain documentation for drawings, approvals, and revisions
Product & Production Operations
(Ikkis + GG Collectibles)
- Oversee production timelines and vendor coordination
- Manage inventory, order tracking, and dispatch timelines
- Coordinate with craftspeople, fabricators, and suppliers
- Ensure quality control and consistency across products
- Track costing, quantities, and production schedules
Vendor & Supply Chain Management
- Identify and onboard vendors, artisans, and suppliers
- Negotiate timelines, pricing, and deliverables
- Maintain strong relationships with fabricators and craftsmen
- Ensure timely procurement of materials
Packaging, Logistics & Dispatch
- Oversee packaging execution and quality
- Manage shipping, logistics, and delivery coordination
- Ensure proper handling of collectible and high-value objects
- Maintain dispatch records and tracking systems
Financial & Administrative Coordination
- Track budgets, project costs, and vendor payments
- Assist in invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking
- Work with accounts team to ensure financial clarity
Systems & Process Building
- Create and improve operational systems and SOPs
- Implement tools for project tracking, inventory, and communication
- Improve efficiency across studio and product workflows
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in operations, production, or project coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and project management tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in operations / project management
- Experience in design studios, architecture, interiors, or product-based businesses
- Familiarity with production, fabrication, or craft-based workflows
