Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage operational strategy for all budget and mid-scale hotel propertiesImplement SOPs and best practices to standardize operations across propertiesEnsure consistent service delivery across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Support departmentsMonitor key operational metrics and drive improvement initiativesDrive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability across propertiesOversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management in coordination with finance teamsAnalyze financial performance and implement corrective strategies to meet targetsMonitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores for service improvementConduct quality audits and implement corrective action plansLead, mentor, and support Unit Heads / Property Managers across propertiesBuild a performance-driven culture through training and employee engagementEnsure compliance with brand standards, licenses, safety protocols, and legal requirementsSupport corporate Sales & Marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growthAssist in corporate contracts, partnerships, and local tie-upsSupport new hotel openings, pre-opening operations, and property integrationDrive innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes
Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business AdministrationMBA / PG Diploma in Hospitality or related field (Preferred)
Experience:Minimum 7+ years of hotel operations experience in budget/mid-scale hotelsMinimum 5+ years experience in senior leadership role with multi-property oversightProven track record in improving operational performance and profitability
