Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and prescribe psychotropic medications.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
• Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and mental health care.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (New York).
• Active DEA registration.
• Active Medicaid and Medicare provider status.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of PMHNP experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required).
• Must reside in the tri-state area.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
