Locations: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX (5x/ week onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: $51 - $56/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer with a strong background in Information Technology to join our team. This role requires expertise in QA Automation and experience in client or big tech environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Java within a service-oriented architecture
• 10 years of experience with Junit/TestNG, Jenkins, Gradle, SQL, JSON, XML
• Experience in writing test automation frameworks for REST services
• Experience in developing test strategies, test frameworks, and tools
• Experience with web automation tools such as Selenium, Raft, etc.
• Solid understanding of Internet Protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, and HTTPS
• Expertise in building and maintaining test beds, test environments, and automated data-driven test suites
• Experience developing frameworks from scratch using industry best practices
• 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering, focused on e-commerce/web applications testing
• Solid understanding of NoSQLs like Couchbase, MongoDB, etc., and caching strategies
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with Splunk for investigating or monitoring problems on systems
• Thorough understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, tools, and agile methodologies
• Sharp troubleshooting skills and real-world systems deployment experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
