QA Tester

Applause is looking for a QA Tester with proficiency testing on mobile devices (Android, iOS) to work directly with a global technology client's QA team based in Singapore. Basic terms:Title: QA TesterType: Independent Contractor (Contract for Service) or FreelancerStart Date: May 4, 2026Duration: 6 month renewable basisCapacity: Up to 40 hours per week local standard business hours, Monday-Friday with as needed meetings with the US-based teamPay range: $25 USD per hourLocation: Mapletree Business City II, 70 Pasir Panjang Rd, #03-71, Singapore 117371 Primary Responsibilities: Develop, execute and maintain test cases;Identify and document defects, issues, and risks during the testing process;Escalate priority defects and statuses;Perform regression testing for all the launched features;As required, support the US-based Engineering team to perform ad-hoc testing on devices from our phone OEM partners in APAC.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field3+ years experience of QA testing on mobile devices including Android, iOSStrong communication skillsQuick learner, able to onboard quickly and become mostly self-sufficient in conducting activities
