Audit & Compliance Management Key Skills RequiredStrong understanding of bamboo processing and quality parameters Knowledge of QA/QC systems Inspection and testing techniques Root cause analysis (RCA) Documentation and reporting Problem-solving and analytical skills Team leadership Knowledge of ISO quality systems Preferred QualificationsDiploma/B.Tech in: Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Wood/Bamboo Technology / Industrial Engineering / Quality Management Preferred Experience10+ years in quality management Experience in bamboo, furniture, plywood, wood, handicraft, or panel manufacturing preferred Experience in export-quality manufacturing is an advantage
