Quality Assurance Manager

Role Purpose:Responsible for implementation of Quality Management System at project levelPlease note that this role is not based in India. Employment and work location will be in Singapore or Malaysia, subject to applicable employment eligibility requirements Job ResponsibilitiesEngage and work with the Project Manager to provide a consistent Quality framework for application across all project deliverables and promote the continual enhancement and consistent quality management systemResponsible for implementation of Quality Management System at Project level Work closely with Project stakeholders and monitor project execution to ensure/improve Quality, Efficiency, and Consistency.Establish corporate ISO quality programs in assisting with the development of corporate quality goals and objectives. Clear understanding L1 to L5 Commissioning test scripts and organize Quality inspection, deliverables, documents to ensure flawless execution of Commissioning test scriptsClearly define Asset based L1 and L2 test scripts and organize inspections to meet the sameClearly define Room Handover requirements and inspections required for Room readiness for Energization and subsequent Room HandoversEnsures adequate and suitably qualified resources are available to support Project requirements.

Strategies and approaches in alignment with the current regulations, guidelines and standards.To mentor the Quality Engineers/Inspectors to undertake the tasks assigned.Ensures and approve Project SOP's/Plans/Guidelines are appropriately authorized for implementation and adequate training provided.To develop, implement and manage an effective Audit Schedule focusing on the key work processes, and design activities undertaken during the project lifespan. (Quality Records/Reports, Engineering Drawings, Change Notices/Design Modifications, Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans, etc.);Oversees training program for relevant project personnel for Project SOP's/GEP applications.Conducts regular Quality meetings within Project organization and contractors, regularly raising awareness of Quality requirements on the Project.To take ownership of Quality Issues as and when it arises in the Project, investigate and present the Root-Cause Report for Resolution with the Project Team & Discipline HODs.Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of Exyte Corporate Management.Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system, recommend and implement improvements when required Job RequirementsGraduate Engineer in mechanical or Electrical disciplineLead Quality Auditor certification preferred but not mandatory Minimum years of experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years working experience in Data Center Project Quality Management function In-depth knowledge on corporate Quality management system and ISO Strong knowledge about Level 1 to L5 Commissioning test scripts and Load bank testing planHands-on experience working with software like Cx Alloy, Procore and ACC preferableBehavioural SkillsMastery in communication Set direction and develop execution plans Drives execution and performance Leadership to influence Handle change and ambiguity well Motivates your people Coach and develop people Technical SkillsUnderstanding of Engineering documents and drawings. Understanding of change control work flow and documentation control work flow. Good understanding of Quality Management System.
