Role DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products and services meet established standards. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, supervising quality control teams, and identifying areas for improvement. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, as well as to enhance operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra, India. QualificationsStrong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing processes, and standards prevalent in the footwear industryExperience in process development, quality monitoring, and improvement techniquesExcellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in documentation, reporting, and tools used in quality assuranceExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProven experience in driving quality metrics and achieving deliverablesStrong background in diagnosing and resolving issues related to upper-outsole bondingA Bachelor's degree in a related field
