Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Control Head, based in Indore with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Quality Control Head will oversee all quality control activities, ensuring that processes and products meet regulatory and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing quality control teams, implementing and monitoring quality assurance systems, conducting product testing and inspections, analyzing quality performance data, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Control processes, Quality Assurance practices, and Regulatory ComplianceSkills in analytical testing, laboratory practices, and calibration techniquesStrong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsFamiliarity with pharmaceutical standards such as GMP, GLP, and ISO requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with regulatory bodies and internal teamsBachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
