Quality Control Inspector

Marmon - 1331 18th Street - Responsibilities: Perform inspections of the final product to assess the quality of work performed and compliance to company standards using checklists, reports, forms, procedures, hand tools, gauges, and test instruments; Work with production to identify and plan for the day's shipments to ensure verifications and inspections are made in a timely manner; Use railroad gauges, testing techniques, and test equipment necessary for railcar inspections; Report adverse and/or non-compliant items to the responsible supervisor and QA Manager and follow-up to confirm remedies; Communicate technical information verbally and in writing
