Job Duties: Ensuring quality control, supervising construction activities, and maintaining safety standards.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee Inside plant and outside plant techniciansVerify trouble tickets in queue are at a manageable quantity utilizing CAIRs or Remedy ticketing system.Respond to trouble tickets in-person, via phone call or email within (48) hours.Troubleshoot customer issues, ensure concerns are addressed, and ensure services are returned to normal operations.Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control Checks on projects that have been completed or are in progress to ensure data or voice services will operate as expected.Escalate trouble tickets to next appropriate service tier if unable to address issue within (48) hours after initial contact.Qualifications:High School Diploma required.Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesSolid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principlesGood communication and organizational skillsSecret clearance required.Telecommunication QA-QC certificationBe able to obtain Telecommunication Level 3 Site Safety and Health Office (SSHO) designationConfined Space certifiedHGS is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
