Job Responsibilities :Lead the preparation of Project Specifications, Quantification, Terms of ContractUnderstanding of drawings and other relevant documents provided by client and consultants to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.Stay updated with and ensure compliance with market standards and good practices, applicable codes and BOQ standards, guiding junior team members as needed.Ensure all specifications, quantification, costs etc are aligned with industry standards, maintain high levels of compliance, quality and accuracy across all projects.Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.Work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders. RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.6+ years of experience in Quantity surveying of all Structural works as well as finishing works.Good client facing and communication skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.Professional experience in all aspects of quantity surveying including Cost monitoring, Costing, Reporting and contract administration.Strong and up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent numerical and analytical skills.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to multi-task and stay ahead of deadlines.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
