Job Description Job Description Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator Prestige Home Solutions LLC - Raleigh, NC (In-Office) Prestige Home Solutions LLC is not your average real estate company. We are a fast-growing real estate investment firm specializing in single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties across North Carolina. Founded in 2014, our business focuses on acquiring, renovating, and either reselling or operating high-quality rental assets.
As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to work directly with ownership and play a critical role in building, organizing, and managing the systems that keep our business running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and being at the center of a fast-paced operation. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operations Management Establish, improve, and maintain systems and workflows to support daily business operations Manage day-to-day office activities to ensure an organized and efficient work environment Serve as a central point of coordination between ownership, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Utilities & Vendor Coordination Coordinate utility activations and deactivations for properties Communicate with utility providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely service and issue resolution Financial & Invoice Support Process invoices for payment as approved by ownership Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including bill payments and basic account reconciliation Procurement & Renovation Support Order and track materials for renovations and ongoing property maintenance Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and quality of materials Operational & Project Support Assist with property-related processes such as permit applications and documentation Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as the business continues to grow Qualifications Some college required; degree preferred Proven experience in administrative, operations, office management, or executive assistant roles Real estate, construction, or property management experience is a strong plus Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable handling a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic bookkeeping and financial reconciliation experience Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools Calm under pressure, adaptable, and resourceful Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits $52,000 - $60,000 annual salary, based on experience Health insurance stipend Cell phone allowance Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding real estate investment company Work Location & Schedule In-person role (office near NC State University, Raleigh, NC 27606) Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet deadlines How to Apply If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing real estate investment business, we'd love to hear from you.
