Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The role involves driving property sales, building strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, and brokers. Conduct market research to track real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Organize and participate in property site visits, client meetings, and promotional events.
Negotiate and close property sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue updates to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or sales management. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and sales practices. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and close high-value deals. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
