Our work empowers federal agencies and strengthens some of the nation’s most critical initiatives, while fostering opportunities for skilled professionals to make a meaningful impact.What You’ll Do…As the Real Property Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the 766 Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii (JBHH). You’ll oversee real property program management for all sites, lands, and facilities under JBHH’s jurisdiction. This role is essential in ensuring accurate inventory, compliance with Air Force standards, and effective coordination with stakeholders to support mission readiness and infrastructure optimization.Key Responsibilities & Expected OutcomesEnsure compliance with Air Force standards and audit readiness– Maintain and update real property records in NexGen IT and GIS databases, conduct physical inventories, andvalidatefacility data to ensure accuracy and completeness in alignment with DAFI 32-9005 and FIAR requirements.Improve facility utilization and space planning– Lead space allocation surveys, analyze customer authorizations, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of facility use across the installation.Supporttimelyand compliant real estate transactions– Prepare and process DD Form 1354s, land use documentation, and boundary inspections while coordinating with the Real Property Officer (RPO) to ensure all real estate actions are executed accurately and on schedule.Strengthen stakeholder relationships and coordination– Engage with local municipalities, Air Force leadership, and internal teams to resolve encroachment issues, support real estate programs, and ensure alignment with mission and regulatory requirements.Enhance operational efficiency and data integrity– Maintain facility folders, support training initiatives, and ensure documentation meets audit readiness standards while contributing to continuous improvement in real property management processes.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities for SuccessDemonstrates a dedication to upholding and enhancing STI Federal’s core values.Excels in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships and contributing to shared goals with professionalism and mutual respect.Experience and understanding of the military real property management processes, database systems, and reports Familiarity with engineering and facility plans and documents.
Working knowledge of NexGen IT and/or BUILDER Excellent communication and computer skills; intermediateproficiencywith MS Excel (e.g., filter, sort, pivot tables, conditional formatting, basic formulas); familiar with MS Access.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionCandidates must have a valid US passportRequires a Common Access Card (CAC) or the ability to obtain one through a federal security investigation.Ability to obtain andmaintaina US Air Force NACI/SF85 for unescorted access to controlled areas.Must have excellent time management skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Must have ability to provide excellent customer service.Accomplish AF/CES specific training asrequired,in a timely manner.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a relevant degree3+ of prior experience in Air Force real property at base level, or related experience is highly desirable3+ of experience working closely with US military/DoD personnel providing advisory andassistanceservices for complex programsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with Air Force real estate systems.Work Environment - Office environment at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, with potential field activities.Compensation & Salary Range: $116,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience.STI Federal is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
