Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Nashua, NH
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00+/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support across multiple departments including HR, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have prior office administration experience, strong technical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour

- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct incoming calls
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
- Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
- Assist with customer outreach and follow-up communications
- Maintain and update records within internal systems
- Support scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination tasks
- Ensure a professional and organized front office environment
- Previous experience in office administration required
- Exposure to HR, administrative support, or customer service functions preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
