What Youll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for large-scale hiring initiative supporting operations, management, logistics, security, hospitality, and other key functions for a global event.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruiting strategies.
- Manage high-volume requisitions with speed, precision, and professionalism while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Proactively source candidates through creative channels including job boards, networking, referrals, and local outreach efforts.
- Coordinate interview logistics, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding in partnership with HR and Operations.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals and timelines are met.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, fast-paced environments (previous staffing, hospitality, events, logistics, or similar).
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions and meeting aggressive hiring goals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced internal and external customer engagement and relationship building skills with Hiring Managers, HR Managers and internal team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Passion for teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering results.
- Local to Los Angeles, Torrance or surrounding areasmust be available to work in a hybrid model (4x1) within an office.
- Experience with Success Factors or comparable ATS preferred
- Up to 25% travel
