Our intensive six-month leadership development program provides real-world experience and mentorship to prepare you to build and lead a team of financial advisors.
You’ll recruit, develop, and mentor advisors who educate, empower, and improve clients’ financial lives.
What We Offer:
- Fast-track to management in 6-12 months
- $100,000–$150,000 base comp+ per year, plus bonuses and commissions

- Base comp is only one component of the compensation structure of partner compensation. This is a highly compensated opportunity based on performance and skill set.

Qualifications:
