POSITION SUMMARY
O’Brien‑Staley Partners (OSP) is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across our affiliated businesses. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a range of positions. You will lead the full recruiting lifecycle, including role scoping, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding support.
This role is critical to ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the continued growth of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting, including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management
- Develop job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategies
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on talent markets and recruiting best practices
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Monitor industry trends and bring forward creative strategies to source top talent
- Report on recruiting metrics and use data to guide future hiring strategies
- Manage relationships with external search agencies and contractors
- Support campus recruiting efforts, including relationship building and brand visibility
- Conduct 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day check‑ins with new hires
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects as needed
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior agency/third party recruitment experience (preferred)
- Strong ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective consultation and negotiation abilities
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient at building relationships and networks across all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

COMPENSATION
O’Brien-Staley Partners compensation is comprised of a base salary and bonus, with the variable pay typically being a material proportion of total compensation. OSP’s existing variable remuneration scheme ties individuals’ rewards closely to the overall firm performance, to maintain the collegial working environment.
