Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–3 years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday
- Exposure to recruiting across multiple job functions
Certifications (Required within 12 Months of Hire)
One of the following certifications is required:
- SHRM-Certified Professional (CP)
- SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP)
- HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
