$15.00 – $18.00 per hour Work Schedule Monday through Friday, _8:30_ a.m. – _5:00_ p.m.

Job Summary Section The Home Care Agency Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers to support Standard Home Care, Inc.’s client care needs. This role plays a key part in maintaining adequate staffing levels by managing high-volume recruiting activities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Recruiter collaborates closely with branch leadership, scheduling, and operations teams to align hiring efforts with client demand while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Essential Functions bullet list Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and job fairs Screen applicants to confirm qualifications, certifications, licensing, and availability
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess caregiver experience, attitude, and fit Coordinate background checks, reference checks, drug screenings, and credential verifications Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure completion of required employment documentation Build and maintain a pipeline of caregivers to meet ongoing staffing needs Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to align hiring with client needs
Representing the company at recruiting events and community engagement activities Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, retention, and hiring trends and recommend improvements Serve as a liaison between departments to support clear and timely communication
Respond promptly and professionally to emails, calls, and inquiries Provide excellent customer service to applicants, employees, clients, and visitors Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or home care
Knowledge of caregiver qualifications, licensing, and state regulatory requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms Experience recruiting high-volume hourly or caregiver roles Experience with community outreach or recruiting events
