Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday–Friday
Base: $750–$1,000 per week (depending on experience) + Commission + Performance Bonuses
This Is Not Traditional Recruiting.
If you've worked in a high-performance, phone-based sales environment where you were measured by numbers, you will likely outperform here.
We are not looking for someone who wants to “review resumes.”
We are looking for someone who understands metrics, urgency, and how to identify top performers.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a fast-paced, production-driven recruiting role.
You will:
- Source and identify strong candidates
- Conduct phone screenings
- Evaluate performance metrics and production history
- Spot exaggerations and red flags
- Write compelling candidate summaries
- Manage interview pipelines
- Drive revenue by placing high-performing talent

Who Thrives Here

- Have prior sales experience (phone sales strongly preferred)
- Are comfortable making 60+ touches per day
- Understand quotas and performance metrics

Compensation
- Base Salary: $750–$1,000 per week (based on experience)
- Commission Structure: Paid per successful placement
- Clear path to increased earnings based on performance
This is a role where effort and skill directly impact income.

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No weekends required
