Recruiter - Recruitment LeadWork Mode: Work from OfficeEmployment Type: Full-Time Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive and manage end-to-end hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in leading a recruitment team, handling stakeholder management, and delivering hiring targets across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and KPIsOwn end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical and bulk hiring requirementsDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needsDrive recruitment planning, pipeline building, and forecastingMonitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessionsEnsure quality of hires, TAT adherence, and candidate experienceHandle stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates/reportsOptimize recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):Proven experience in a Recruitment Lead / Team Lead role (minimum 2-4 years in a leadership capacity)Prior experience managing a team of recruiters is mandatoryStrong experience in end-to-end recruitment and team handlingAbility to drive targets and manage multiple hiring mandatesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
