Recruitment & Business Development Consultant

The Role

You will combine business development and executive search responsibilities in an international environment.

You will:

• Develop business opportunities across Ireland and Europe, building your own client portfolio
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Lead executive search assignments from A to Z
• Identify and approach candidates internationally
• Manage client relationships in a demanding environment

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (Business School or equivalent)
• First experience in business development and/or recruitment is a strong plus
• Strong interest in international business and client-facing roles
• Ambition to grow within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
