Our Legal & Compliance Practice

Kerry Consulting’s specialist Legal & Compliance recruitment practice has been established for more than a decade. We aim to be a holistic talent solutions provider, recruiting for all sub-functions under the Legal & Compliance umbrella across all industries, on both a permanent and interim basis.

The Role

As a specialist Recruitment Consultant in our Legal practice, you will partner with clients across both in-house legal teams and law firms, advising on talent acquisition and broader workforce strategies. You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier legal professionals, while building trusted relationships with clients and candidates in a highly competitive market.

Beyond client advisory, you will act as a career partner to candidates, taking the time to understand their aspirations and goals, and providing thoughtful, value-added guidance on career opportunities.

You will also contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing and expanding your portfolio within the legal sector.

Requirements

• 2+ years post-grad experience in fast-paced, service-driven settings.
• Entrepreneurial drive, stellar relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Thrives in collaborative, high-integrity teams.
• Candidates with a curious mind about the legal & compliance sector will have an advantage
