Recruitment Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across assigned industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Management

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels (database, referrals, headhunting, job portals)
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Manage candidate expectations and provide career advisory support
• Maintain strong candidate relationships for long-term pipeline building

2. Recruitment Delivery

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations between clients and candidates
• Ensure a high level of service delivery and successful placement outcomes

3. Market Expertise

• Develop deep knowledge within assigned industry or function
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and talent movement
• Position yourself as a subject matter expert in your niche

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
• High level of resilience, drive, and accountability
