We’re a growing recruitment agency managing contract staffing and permanent hires across IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, and more. Business is moving, desks are growing, and we’re looking for driven recruiters who want more than just a “job”.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing recruitment activities across candidate delivery and client support
• Building and owning your candidate and client pipelines
• Closing deals and hitting (and exceeding) targets
• Working across contract or permanent roles in multiple industries (depending on team)
• Figuring things out, testing what works, and moving fast (because SME life)

Who we’re looking for

You might be entry-level or experienced - but you must be hungry. You are:

• Sales-driven and motivated by incentives & commissions
• Independent & self-motivated - you don’t need constant hand-holding
• A growth mindset kind of person (learn fast, adapt faster)
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable closing deals
• Not afraid to try, fail, tweak, and try again
