Role
In this role, you will take ownership of the full talent management perspective, managing every step from the first conversation to onboarding new colleagues into our culture. You won’t simply fill roles; you’ll build the company by understanding what the business needs next and making it happen. Your responsibilities will span recruitment, networking, sourcing, interviewing, relationship building, employer branding, talent management, and onboarding. You’ll work closely with consultants, leadership, and the Global Talent Team to drive Netlight’s long-term, sustainable growth.

- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Young professional / Recently graduated (approx. 0-2 years of experience)
- Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for entrepreneurship, recruitment, sales, business development, and tech
- Passion for people, entrepreneurship, project management, sales, and the tech community
- Relevant experience, for example, within entrepreneurship, talent acquisition, sales, business development, start‑ups, networking, or similar
- A good communicator, naturally building trust and connection
- Self‑driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive, with a great ability to cooperate
- Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
