Position Description: Recruitment Lead (L5), Talent Acquisition (CRPL & NTCPL)
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Overview:At Clicktech, we're looking for a Full cycle Recruiter who thrives on delivering results and building exceptional teams. The incumbent will own fullcycle recruitment, translating business needs into structured, actionable hiring plans and driving innovative, data-backed sourcing strategies. The role ensures a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders, while embedding process excellence through standardized, scalable recruiting mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leveraging strong analytical ability and competitive intelligence, the incumbent will track market trends, interpret hiring metrics, and refine strategies to consistently improve outcomes. The role requires strong ownership, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional teams, while maintaining a relentless focus on raising the bar for talent quality and hiring excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Stakeholder Partnership & Business AlignmentPartner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and design effective hiring strategies across both volume and niche rolesBuild strong, trust-based relationships to enable proactive hiring decisions and long-term workforce planning2. End-to-End Hiring OwnershipOwn the complete recruitment lifecycle-sourcing, assessment, and closing-ensuring high-quality hires within defined timelinesDrive a seamless and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints3.
Process Excellence & Operational RigorDesign and implement structured recruiting mechanisms such as funnels, SLAs, and interview scorecards to drive consistency and predictabilityContinuously improve hiring processes through standardization, automation, ATS optimization, and workflow enhancements4. Sourcing Strategy & Competitive IntelligenceDevelop innovative sourcing strategies and conduct talent mapping for critical and niche rolesLeverage market insights, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence to refine hiring strategies and stay ahead in a competitive landscape5. Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytical AbilityTrack, analyze, and drive key hiring metrics including TAT, candidate experience, conversion ratios, and quality of hireUse data insights to identify gaps, optimize funnel efficiency, and influence stakeholder decisions6.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Candidate ExperienceCollaborate with HR, Compensation, and onboarding teams to streamline offer management and onboarding workflowsDrive automation and process integration to enhance overall candidate experience and operational efficiency
Basic Qualifications & Skills:- MBA (Only from Top B Schools-Mandatory) 2-5 years post-MBA.- Proven ability to build processes, tools, or mechanisms in hiring- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with seniorleaders- Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven hiring decisions- Ability to independently drive critical roles end-to-end
