Job Description
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.Manage and mentor a team of ~8 sales professionals, ensuring capability building and performance excellence.Drive new business development, including upselling and cross-selling across enterprise accounts.Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.Collaborate with technical teams for seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.Track market trends, competitive movements, and adjust sales strategy accordingly.Prepare regular sales forecasts, business reviews, and pipeline visibility for leadership.Lead sales efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, managed services, and digital workplace solutions.Ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs, revenue targets, and strategic account growth.The Successful Applicant
Brings 20+ years of IT sales experience with a strong System Integrator (SI) background.Has strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, managed services, and digital workplace solutions.Proven experience leading regional sales teams and carrying P&L responsibility.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.Skilled at engaging C‑suite leaders and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and market awareness.Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
