Regional Healthcare Sales Director – Ohio
NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Regional Healthcare Sales Director to join our client’s team in Ohio. Remote, direct hire position. Candidates must reside in Ohio.
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year (depending on experience).

Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven success in developing and managing sales pipelines
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal oversight
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, accounts receivable, or reimbursement workflows
- Existing relationships within hospitals, health systems, or physician groups in the Southeast or Midwest (strong advantage)
Responsibilities
- Build new business within healthcare organizations including hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
- Develop relationships with healthcare executives such as CFOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and operational stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including discovery, presentations, and negotiations
- Maintain and grow a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
- Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets quarterly and annually
- Create customized proposals and deliver executive‑level presentations
- Lead contract negotiations and close new business with minimal oversight
- Represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings
- Stay informed on healthcare revenue cycle trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
