Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies 7. Evaluate and roll out new product features and other innovative offerings 8. Identify, communicate and work towards Profit Maximization by implementing Cost &Time management effectively. 9.

Should be commercially aware 10. Manage a team of dynamic individuals 11. Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment. 12.
