Regional Property Management Lead

Key Responsibility - Supervise and mentor property management staff - Ensure all properties are well-maintained, safe, and comply with company standards.- Maintain a good relationship with property owners and hotel/property staff.- Analyze business performance and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals.- Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs.
