Job Description
Regional Sales Manager (Recruitment / RPO)Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3-8 Years Education: MBA from Premier Tier-1 Institutes (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc.)
Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Ownership & Enterprise SalesOwn and deliver annual revenue targets of INR 1.5 Crores+Drive end-to-end B2B enterprise sales across recruitment and RPO solutionsBuild a strong, qualified pipeline and ensure predictable revenue conversion
- CXO-Level Solution SellingEngage with CHROs, CEOs, CFOs, and Business LeadersLead consultative, solution-oriented sales conversationsPitch tailored solutions across RPO, permanent hiring, and workforce strategies
- GCC & Market ExpansionIdentify and build opportunities within GCCs and large enterprisesDevelop deep understanding of GCC hiring models, scaling strategies, and talent demandTrack industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities
- Relationship & Network BuildingBuild and leverage strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholdersExpand network across enterprise accounts and decision-makersDrive long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Deal Closure & ExecutionLead proposal development, commercials, and contract negotiationsCollaborate with delivery and operations teams for seamless executionEnsure smooth transition from sales to deliveryCandidate ProfileMust HaveProven track record in B2B enterprise salesStrong exposure to CXO-level stakeholder management and solution selling3-8 years experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or RPO industry will be preferred. Experience handling minimum INR 1.5 Crores+ revenue targetsMBA from a Premier Tier-1 institute.PreferredExperience in permanent hiring and/or RPO solutionsStrong CXO network and enterprise relationshipsUnderstanding of GCC ecosystem and hiring landscapeSkillsStrong consultative selling and business development skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesAbility to influence and close large, complex enterprise dealsStrong understanding of HR and talent solutions landscape
