Shift:Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)Travelers are scheduled for one shift (day or night) but must comply if asked to switch.

Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend

Block Schedule: TBD by unit needsJob OverviewGuam Regional Medical City is seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs to join its Level II Trauma team. Candidates must have at least 5 years of emergency nursing experience and be prepared to handle high-acuity cases in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide emergency care for critically ill and injured patientsRapidly assess and triage patients based on acuityAdminister medications, IV fluids, and advanced life support interventionsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patientsUtilize Allscripts/Sunrise for electronic documentationMaintain knowledge of emergency protocols, including conscious sedation and ESI trainingRequirementsExperience: Minimum 5 years of ER nursing experience

Certifications Required:Compact or Guam RN License (must be in hand at time of submission)ACLSBLSPALSNIH Stroke CertificationConscious Sedation Certification ($250 cost to be included in the pay package)ESI Training ($50 each for two sessions, to be included in the pay package)First-time Travelers: Not accepted

Floating: Required within scope based on facility needs

On-Call Requirement: Not requiredCompensation & BenefitsPay Rate: $60.00$65.00/hour

Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours/week

Charge Nurse Pay: Additional $5.00/hour

On-Call Pay: $10.00/hour

Call Back Pay: 1.5x
