Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRegistered Nurse (RN) – USVI Outpatient ClinicEssential Healthcare Solutions is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing low-acuity outpatient clinic in the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI). RNs will provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the direction of the Clinic Medical Director while supporting the development of a new healthcare initiative.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive and focused patient assessments, including vital signs, history, and triage Determine patient acuity and escalate care when needed Administer medications, immunizations, and IV therapy within scope of practice Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, EKGs, phlebotomy, catheterization, and point-of-care testing Provide patient education on diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care Respond to clinical changes and initiate emergency protocols as appropriate Coordinate care, referrals, diagnostics, and follow-up appointments Accurately document all patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) Support infection control, safety standards, and clinic compliance requirements Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff in a team-based environment Qualifications:Active, unencumbered RN license (USVI license or eligibility by endorsement required) Graduation from an accredited ADN or BSN program (BSN preferred) Current AHA BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred) Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred (urgent care, ED, or outpatient experience highly desirable; new grads may be considered) Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Location: U.S.
