Key Responsibilities
- Deliver rapid and accurate assessment and treatment of patients presenting with acute and urgent conditions.
- Monitor patient condition and coordinate care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and IV therapies safely in a high-acuity setting.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families during crises.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality standards.
- Participate in continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - AHA
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in acute or emergency settings)
- National Certification in Emergency Nursing (e.g., CEN) or another relevant specialty certification upon hire
- Hiring bonus up to $10,000 for eligible applicants
