Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Job OverviewGuam Regional Medical City is seeking experienced PCU/Tele RNs to join its progressive care unit in Dededo, Guam. This unit primarily functions as a telemetry unit but provides a level of care equivalent to PCU.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in a PCU/Telemetry settingMonitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and respond to critical changesCollaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedFloat to Med-Surg and ED Tele overflow as neededRequirementsExperience: 2+ years in a PCU or Telemetry setting (3-5 years preferred)

Certifications Required:Compact or Guam RN License (must be in hand at the time of submission)ACLSBCLSFirst-time Travelers: Not accepted

Floating: Required to Med-Surg and ED Tele overflow as needed

On-Call Requirement: NoCompensation & BenefitsPay Rate: $53.00 - $57.00/hour

Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours/week

Charge Nurse Pay: Additional $5.00/hour

On-Call Pay: $10.00/hour

Call Back Pay: 1.5x

Holiday Pay: 1.5x (Observed holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day)Additional DetailsLocal Candidates: Not specified
